The receptionist (Cyndie) is very cheerful, as is the restaurant waitress, the dishes were very good. On the other hand, the spa pool was freezing, and the dome under which it is located was not heated. With outside temperatures at 0°, it is impossible to swim. Obviously a boiler problem. It's a shame, especially since no commercial gesture or price reduction is offered. This isn't the first time that the spa side has malfunctioned, so I'm not sure I'll come back. Too bad, because the place is nice and friendly.

Minimalist welcome, the receptionist is not smiling and takes you from a high chalet to the others and no barrier to secure the dog even though he was warned and the bed was hard even with a mattress on it. On the other hand, a welcoming and smiling restaurant with tasty and hearty dishes.

As soon as we arrived, the welcome was very friendly. The place is well located even in summer when it's 30 degrees the temperature drops more quickly in the evening and that's ideal. Spa, sauna and hammam but hey the swimming pool should be a few degrees warmer. Peaceful and quiet place with areas for hiking and a beautiful view. The accommodation is well appointed, particularly the one above reception. All the appropriate equipment such as standard accommodation. But considering the price per day, the apartment is not clean. The housekeeping is not done properly, is it normal to have brown socks? Upon arrival it is far from optimal, some walls are crumbling with tapestry coming off. Steakers to cover possible stains on the walls. A horrible smell coming from the small bathroom is not your simple air freshener that will correct the problem. We are promised large double beds, but ultimately 2 single beds are a lie. The terrace is on the verge of collapsing wobbly and you walk sideways on one side and lift the opposing side. Do not lean on the railing as you risk falling through. Dirty terrace with flower petals everywhere. Wobbly dining table. The windows are dirty. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay. Point to review: • Cleanliness in general • The smell of the small bathroom • The Dangerous terrace • The renovation of rooms that shocks at first glance I hope that my opinion will be used to improve the opinions of future customers. Important to respond to your answer, we reserved on booking. And the description said 3 double beds and not single beds.

Had a very nice stay. It is a quiet and beautiful park with friendly staff. The children also had a great time playing by the river. Furthermore, the walk from the park towards the waterfall is highly recommended

We had a great weekend. Everything was very good, the meal, the site, the swimming pool etc. and the breakfast. Quality.price, it's really very good

We spent one night as a family (two adults, two children and a dog) in a chalet (not a normal comfort). The setting is great, quiet with a lovely view of the mountain. The children were able to enjoy the on-site play areas and the inflatable structure. They loved it. The swimming pool is a good size, covered and clean, it is pleasant (we did not try the sauna or the hammam) Big downside to the chalet, cleanliness ok but not perfect (dust, lots of cobwebs and spiders. Otherwise sanitary facilities and kitchen are very clean, that's the main thing) The bathroom is tiny, toilet stuck to the shower, sink stuck to the shower, it's quite complicated with young children who have to be helped to the toilet and the shower. But obviously in other chalets it's more pleasant, we'll know if we come back one day, we'll avoid chalet 3. Outside, two tables and a drying rack are practical. The kitchen is well equipped, you can cook on site without problem. The reception provides bread storage which is practical The restaurant is great, very good value for money, and plenty of choice. The bedding was not to our taste (very very firm mattress and pillows too thin but that is a question of taste) the duvet keeps us warm. The parking lot is large and inside, it's reassuring In summary, a great place, with a very pleasant welcome.

A very accommodating welcome, in fact when we hike we sometimes have unforeseen events and it is not easy to be precise about arrival or departure times, or even for meals. But at the Wormsa chalets there is always a solution! The staff is remarkably friendly. Everything is done to have an excellent stay. I can only recommend.

Flammes bonnes même si certaines avaient pris un coup de chaud. Grande terrasse. Vous pouvez même profiter de l’espace piscine spa pour le repas de midi. Boissons pas fraîches par contre

Cuisine très bonne, par contre le service laisse à désirer d'abord par la tenue de la serveuse et par son amabilité. Lui ayant demandé de nettoyer la table pour prendre l'apéritif à l'extérieur elle a répondu qu'il y avait d'autres tables propres à côté de la nôtre. Après avoir fait la moue elle a quand même daigné nettoyer notre table mais avec quelle ardeur. D'autre part lors de la réservation par téléphone personne ne nous avait dit que la carte était réduite jusqu'au 25 juin, un manque de communication. En le signalant à la serveuse elle a répondu que c'était affiché à la porte du restaurant, mais quand on réserve par téléphone on ne voit pas la porte du restaurant.
