Auberge Ché Nô sur Girmont-Val-D'Ajol

We ate there on Sunday, March 15, 2026. There were nine of us, and we were very pleased with the welcome we received at this inn. The waitress, who was working alone, provided excellent service and was very friendly. Everyone enjoyed the meal, and all the plates went back to the kitchen empty. We had a lovely time. Thank you to your entire team.

Absolutely perfect! A typical ambiance with wood paneling and a crackling fire, warm and attentive staff, and a generous and simply delicious meal. A must-try in the region ♥️

My wife and I stopped for lunch last Sunday before heading out for a hike. The Sunday lunch menu was excellent: a Comté salad for my wife and a three-cheese quiche for me, followed by a local andouille sausage and a Munstiflette (a Munster cheese tartiflette) for the main course—both delicious! We had blueberry tart for dessert, a really good local amber beer, and a glass of Pinot Noir each (nothing special, but I'm a bit picky about wine, I apologize). We ordered two slices of tart to go for the children. The whole meal came to €40 per person, a very reasonable price for such quality food. The lady who greeted us and served us was very friendly. 👍 A place to remember, I highly recommend it.

Chicken in mushroom sauce, it's the best chicken I've ever eaten!
