We ate as a family at Auberge Chez Pascal and it was a wonderful experience! The setting is warm, the welcome very friendly and the food is delicious. The children loved it and so did we. A must-visit place in Corsica, we will come back with pleasure!

15/02/2026: I'm leaving a review for the restaurant; my wife and I had dinner there tonight. The owner was very friendly! The decor is rustic, authentic, and beautiful. The food was EXCELLENT, one of the 10 best places in Ajaccio! A set menu featuring Corsican products, prepared by the family. The terrines and head cheese were excellent, the roast pork was excellent, the cheeses were also delicious, and the soup and prizuttu were a real treat. Honestly, for €48, it was a delicious and generous meal! (I have a big appetite.) See you soon!
04/11/2025: A must-visit address. Always top-notch in quality and service. An institution in the Ajaccio region that is part of our heritage.
