A real surprise! Traditional Corsican dishes that delighted us! A wonderful welcome, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and excellent service, with the chef even checking to see if everything was alright. Authentic cuisine using local products; we'll be back!

On holiday in Porticcio, we wanted to get away from the seaside. We found Chez Pascal, and it was a wonderful discovery. A set menu for €50. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the amuse-bouche to dessert! Zucchini fritters, cannelloni with brocciu cheese, Corsican charcuterie... but go and discover it for yourself 😋 not to mention the warm welcome. Thank you for this lovely evening on the terrace with Corsican songs playing in the background. See you soon!

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant and highly recommend it. The set menu is €50 per person and features excellent, typical Corsican cuisine. The food is homemade with local products and very generous portions (tip: eat light at lunchtime ☺️). The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a lovely outdoor setting and a wood-fired kitchen. We'll be back!

From start to finish, everything was perfect. The portions were very generous and absolutely delicious. Special mention goes to the brocciu cannelloni and the homemade tomato sauce, simply exceptional. We also greatly appreciated Pascal's attentiveness; he came by several times to check on our meal and make sure everything was alright. To top it all off, a complimentary digestif was a lovely touch. A must-visit for discovering Corsican cuisine in a warm and authentic atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend this traditional Corsican inn, just a few kilometers above Ajaccio. A must-try restaurant serving quality products in a set menu. You'll be amazed by the warm welcome and kindness of Jérôme and his team. Everything is delicious!

The quintessential Corsican restaurant! The ingredients are local and so beautifully prepared! I'm not sure if there's a choice of menu; I think there was a set menu for €50 per person, which included: two starters, two main courses, a cheese platter, dessert, coffee, and one or more surprise drinks if you're feeling generous ;-) Clearly, for a family of four (two adults and two children), that's plenty! And if there are two of you like us, you won't need to eat much during the day ;-) My advice: end your trip with this restaurant, otherwise you'll be disappointed by the price and quality of all the others. Of course, it's not right on the water... The Corsican family who hosted us said that this restaurant is truly iconic, and I agree! A quick word about the owner: absolutely adorable! We'll be back next time, but with our children ;-)

05/07/2026: The menu as a whole was satisfactory; we appreciated the local produce. However, the price was a bit high. Perhaps an aperitif or a local digestif could have been included? We had plenty of time between courses, even though there weren't many people. The owner seemed reserved in explaining the menu. If you have the budget, the set menu is worthwhile; it's a shame there aren't any other options.
16/06/2026: The restaurant is excellent. The food is exquisite, and at a good price also. The view of Ajaccio is excellent from the outdoor dining area.

08/09/2026: We chose A Casetta for our wedding, and we honestly couldn't have dreamed of anything better. From our first contact to the big day, the entire team was absolutely perfect: available, attentive, responsive, caring, and impeccably professional. On the wedding day, everything was perfectly orchestrated. The service was seamless, extremely well-organized, with a team that was present, efficient, and remarkably discreet throughout the reception. Everything was excellent, from the aperitifs to the dinner, and our guests constantly complimented us on the quality of the service. Beyond the quality of the food, we were especially impressed by their expertise, their kindness, and their ability to manage a reception of this scale with such composure. You can tell they are a well-oiled machine, a team that knows its craft inside and out. They truly helped make our wedding the wedding of our dreams. We have absolutely nothing to complain about: an exceptional performance from start to finish.
06/09/2026: We celebrated our daughter's christening at La Casetta in September 2026. We were delighted with Michael and Yohan's professionalism and expertise. The evening was perfect, with an attentive team and exceptionally high-quality food!
