Unpretentious Corsican cuisine served by Pascal himself. Take your time and savor it. The zucchini fritters are to die for!

The quintessential Corsican restaurant! The ingredients are local and so beautifully prepared! I'm not sure if there's a choice of menu; I think there was a set menu for €50 per person, which included: two starters, two main courses, a cheese platter, dessert, coffee, and one or more surprise drinks if you're feeling generous ;-) Clearly, for a family of four (two adults and two children), that's plenty! And if there are two of you like us, you won't need to eat much during the day ;-) My advice: end your trip with this restaurant, otherwise you'll be disappointed by the price and quality of all the others. Of course, it's not right on the water... The Corsican family who hosted us said that this restaurant is truly iconic, and I agree! A quick word about the owner: absolutely adorable! We'll be back next time, but with our children ;-)

Delicious and generous meals. Local products used in traditional Corsican dishes. Pascal is a warm and welcoming host, and you feel right at home. Pascal's homemade myrtle liqueur, served as a digestif, is worth the trip alone ;) Unbeatable value for money!! Highly recommended!

I followed the online reviews and we weren't disappointed 🤩. Dinner by the fire where the meat was cooking was delicious. The welcome was super friendly. You can tell he loves his cooking, and from the myrtle aperitif to the digestif, it was a pleasure. Thank you for your hospitality 😊 (the little Swiss cheeses 😂)

I'd been told that Auberge Chez Pascal was a local institution… and I found out twice in the same week! Jérôme and his mother run this authentic inn where everything is in place for a wonderful stay: food just the way I like it, with quality, generous portions, and above all, a genuine sense of hospitality. There were eight of us tourists passing through, who stumbled upon it quite by chance… and left enchanted by this warm and typically Corsican place.

A wonderful, convivial experience. A family-run establishment. A must-visit for a delicious, typical Corsican meal. Go for it!
