We had a very good meal.
It's a shame you allow cigars! Three cigars behind us and cigarettes... very unpleasant!

Auberge D’Achtal is a small inn in the heart of Arcangues! Véronique and her team are as generous as the food and the place itself! Located between a pelota court and a chapel 💒 where Mr. Louis Mariano rests in peace! He himself used to frequent this inn! This place has a soul and welcomes kind and food-loving souls!! I highly recommend this culinary gem! No matter the season!
Even in summer, a terrace shaded by plane trees offers pleasant shade! But in winter, the fireplace will keep you warm!

There was a booking error for 7 people, and they made the effort to accommodate us despite the restaurant being full.
This didn't detract from the quality of the food we were served; the service was smooth and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A fantastic place, and thank you to the whole team.

We dined twice at this inn during our extended stay in Arcangues. The place is very pleasant, and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, we were clearly disappointed by the rather uninspired cuisine; you can find much better in the area… it's a shame that with such a lovely setting and a relatively affluent clientele, they don't strive for excellence.

We dined there two nights in a row with two children. The summer terrace under the trees was wonderful, the food was good, and there was a great open space for the children to play (no cars). Highly recommended.

Mushroom omelet and duck confit with homemade fries, always delicious. A lovely, friendly atmosphere with the pelota court where children meet and play together! A peaceful inn...
