Fantastic experience. Food was excellent, friendly helpful owners and mountain views to die for. Convenient location for exploring the wider Cantal region. We stayed 5 nights (in the adjacent studio apartment) and enjoyed every minute. We travelled with our 5 month old baby and the staff were very accommodating. The accommodation option we chose had a small private veranda which was an unexpected bonus! Planning to return in a few years time hopefully.

A welcome always at the top! Absolute kindness! Nothing better to eat! The meals are complete and delicious! Only local products!!! And an incredible homemade one 🔥 The view is crazy and good location for any hikers and cyclists to stay around these peaks 🚵 The rooms remain in their original state, but that is what gives this hostel its charm. Excellent one-week stay in a very beautiful, quiet environment with very friendly and attentive innkeepers. Delicious, homemade meals, with local products, very well presented. Room with a view of the real Cantal landscape. Everything matches the description. Hostel to recommend.
