Auberge de Bachasson sur Sainte-Eulalie

We ate at the Auberge de Cachasson; it was authentic. Excellent value for money. Go try it; you won't be disappointed.

Great restaurant within the inn. If you're passing by, I highly recommend stopping in for lunch; it's delicious. A very warm atmosphere with local and regional products. They also sell homemade cheeses, charcuterie, pâté, jam, bread, and more. The meal itself was delicious. We had the €24.50 set menu, which included a charcuterie platter and salad, warm cheese, free-range chicken with carrots and potatoes, a cheese plate, and dessert. Excellent value for money. The food was delicious, the chicken was incredibly tender, and the sauce was very flavorful. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

One of the few restaurants open in the area during the holiday season. Friendly welcome and atmosphere. Good, varied homemade charcuterie. Go for the porcini mushroom omelets when they're in season—much tastier!
