Auberge de Briant sur Briant

An exceptional address in the heart of the Brionnais region. The food, service, dining room, beautiful tableware, and tableware were all of very high quality. The staff was very welcoming and attentive… Everything was perfect! Even my grandson, who isn't yet very familiar with fine dining, told me he'd love to go back!

Refined and excellent cuisine in every respect. I'll definitely be back.

A superb restaurant, highly recommended! Burgundy at its finest! Good wine selection, a small but delicious menu which allows the chef and his wife to guarantee the freshness of what they offer! Bravo! We'll be back.

A truly wonderful discovery! A small, semi-gastronomic restaurant that's definitely worth a visit. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavors and especially by the combinations. Original, sometimes surprising, but always expertly crafted. You can taste the real artistry in the dishes, with finesse and a generous helping of indulgence. A delightful experience from start to finish, in a pleasant atmosphere. We had a fantastic time and will gladly return to discover other creations. An address I wholeheartedly recommend!

A restaurant in a village in the Brionnais region with a view of the rolling hills of southern Burgundy, seasonal cuisine where everything is homemade, a very warm welcome in a pleasant setting

A sumptuous 7-course dinner that will delight both the palate and the eyes! An evening to remember! It's well worth the trip!

A very pleasant setting, attentive service, a sophisticated and refined menu, and an original combination of flavors: in short, we had a wonderful meal and we'll be back! Highly recommended
