A very warm welcome from the entire team! The service was impeccable.
The dishes were well-prepared and delicious! The only slight disappointment was the desserts.
It was very busy yesterday, and the dining room was quite noisy.
Good value for money.
I recommend it.

Despite the quality of the dish, the quantity left much to be desired. For example, with a cheese plate, there was more salad than two small pieces of Comté cheese, which is a real shame for a place in Franche-Comté. And the service needs to be more attentive and, above all, more customer-oriented! (For a bill of 700 euros, not even a gesture of appreciation...)

Having arrived in the region a week ago, we started by having dinner at this inn. We weren't disappointed. The morbiflette was generous and delicious. We went back before leaving. The Comté fondue was just as generous. The service was impeccable. The salads also looked very good and were a nice change from what you usually see. We had a lovely time in this restaurant, a bit out of the way in this village where there isn't even a bakery. It's definitely worth the detour.

If you want something friendly, simple but good with high-quality products, efficient service, a soul or just to have a good time with your partner or family, then don't look any further than the Auberge de Buffard. It's not a gastronomic restaurant or even a bistro, but it's an address that I recommend.
