An exceptional place that's truly worth the detour! What a wonderful discovery in this tiny village! This inn is a real gem, where everything comes together for a marvelous experience. From the aperitif, with its delicious little madeleines, to the absolutely exceptional dessert, everything was excellent. The cuisine was generous, refined, and authentic, using quality ingredients and, above all, everything homemade. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients, the attention to detail, and especially a genuine passion for their craft. The welcome is just like the food: warm, friendly, and sincere. You simply feel at ease and enjoy chatting with people who clearly love what they do. And as if this delicious meal weren't enough, we were treated to a guided tour of the village's magnificent church to finish. A very thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable. An address you'd like to keep secret... but one that so deserves to be known! A huge thank you and congratulations for this wonderful experience. We'll be back with great pleasure! ❤️

The inn is worth the detour from the main road; it's a shame it's not signposted. The food and service make this little stop off the beaten track worthwhile. The town hall should encourage these young people by promoting this inn. We'll be back.

A lovely family meal enjoyed in a pleasant and relaxing setting. The welcome was warm, with two waiters, including the owner, who were patient and very friendly. The dishes were refined, full of flavor, and melted in the mouth. The pleasure of taste matched the visual appeal! We will return this winter for another enjoyable time in the cozy atmosphere. A very friendly restaurant, you feel right at home, with a welcoming atmosphere and convivial cuisine. The owner is passionate and accommodating, with strong values, working to support his village/region. Cyclists are more than welcome.

Perhaps we caught them on a bad day, but arriving at 12:30 and finishing our meal at 3:15 PM was frankly a long wait, far too long... I can understand that the staff shortage is a major factor, but they shouldn't overload the dining room by constantly accepting more and more orders... My neighbor left without waiting for the next course and wished us good luck. It's a shame because the small team present was very friendly and professional and never gave up, despite the interminable wait. The quality of the food was evident. June 2026, very disappointed. The meal was awful. The terrine was so-so, not very complicated. The chicken (not very big), potatoes and parsnips were very hard and undercooked. The cheese was sparse and like cigarette paper. The dessert was okay, and the coffee was awful.

We just left the inn; we used GPS because the signage was sorely lacking, and Buffard is a small village. The salads are generous, and the desserts are homemade. The terrace is pleasant, the service is quick, and the owner and staff are helpful and attentive. A good place to eat; they're worth a visit.
