We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish: exceptional rib-eye steak, lamb sweetbreads, melt-in-your-mouth lamb shoulder, snails with asparagus… all magnificent and flavorful dishes. And the English breakfast in the morning was simply perfect!
In addition to the quality of the food, the service was outstanding. You can feel their passion for cooking and their desire to please.
Honestly, this is a place you absolutely must discover. We will definitely be back!

A delightful discovery! From the welcome to the service and the food, we enjoyed every moment. For our romantic meal, we savored the bone marrow, octopus, kidneys, and the pièce de résistance: profiteroles with clementine mousse for dessert – it was divine.

Passing through the region for the holidays, and by a truly wonderful stroke of luck, we ended up at the Auberge de Carluc for lunch.
A delight! Many thanks again to the chef for the precision of his dishes, the perfectly cooked salmon, the melt-in-your-mouth chicken with crayfish... Truly a fantastic experience.
A special mention also goes to the waiter, who was funny, attentive, and a great listener. We had a wonderful time.
I highly, highly recommend this place!
We'll be back for the truffle bone marrow! ❤️

Superb restaurant with a very talented chef. Taken over since May 2025, the new chef knows how to take your taste buds on a journey! Fresh, local produce. A very energetic and friendly young man is at the helm. A great time, I highly recommend it!
