An excellent address! Refined cuisine, prepared with the heart and good products. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable and the view from the terrace is breathtaking.

You shouldn't be very hungry. Apart from the small portions, it's fabulous here. Food tastes very good and the rooms are rustic.

Extraordinary gourmet restaurant, fine and refined, in a grandiose setting!

Our lunch at Auberge de Cassiel in le Villard de la Cote d’Aime was exceptional. The 'œuf parfait à la crème de courgette' was a perfect start, followed by the flavorful 'veau Marengo' and the fresh, delicious lasagna. The 'soupe de pastèque au granite de citron' for dessert was refreshing and delightful. The homemade orange and lemon wines were a true delight. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Joffrey, the co-owner, and Marine, the talented chef, deserves special thanks for her incredible dishes. Auberge de Cassiel is a true gem with outstanding food, hospitality and a magnificent mountain view. We can't wait to return!

A corner of paradise with a grandiose view of the entire valley. Comfortable rooms furnished with great taste and excellent bedding. A superb terrace where we could dine in complete serenity and taste succulent dishes prepared by Marine with great talent. All accompanied by delicious wines on the advice of Joffrey. A vaulted room was made available where we were able to share a delicious raclette as well as an excellent fondue. Hearty breakfasts accompanied by homemade jams and local products. Everything was perfect Thank you both for welcoming us (15 people) for three days with good humor and your professionalism! A gem to absolutely discover! We recommend and will come back!!!
