My Sunday favorite ❤️ L’Auberge de Ceilloux offers a modern take on traditional Auvergne cuisine, featuring local and seasonal produce. The wine list is small but perfectly complements the dishes prepared on-site. Terrines, poultry, roasts... everything is cooked in the restored wood-fired oven, and the bread and pastries are also made and baked there. Everything is homemade, from appetizer to dessert, using fresh, local ingredients. Excellent and very generous portions. Set menu at €32, including appetizer, main course, cheese, and dessert. Vegetarians, please let us know when making your reservation; the chef will be happy to prepare alternative dishes, as the menu is set. Parking is available near the restaurant. Reservations are required due to limited seating. Highly recommended.

A great experience, my wife and I came, and we were both impressed. Simple but well-crafted ingredients. We rediscovered familiar vegetables, but cooked differently. An experience to repeat when we're in the region.

We discovered the inn by chance... we've been back several times as a couple. And in July, we wanted to share it with our friends. Unanimously: a good place. The welcome is friendly, the dishes are delicious, generous, and well-presented, and the service is efficient. The value for money is good. We'll be back!! Note: Remember to book in advance.
