I was actually not going to book here due to reviews. Just my girlfriend and I on her first trip to Disneyland ( she is in her 40s. ). It’s tough to meet princesses these days at Disneyland. What we found that was pretty good! ( better than Walt’s) in a nice atmosphere! Had decent cocktails for a normal price. Met three princesses and Mickey. All were great and we had quality time. Restaurant atmosphere was fun with kids dressed up and having the experience of their life. They put us at a quiet table away from the chaos. We had a great time and well worth it!!! Staff was great!

We did character dinning. Our daughter loved it meeting the princes and Micky I'm not normally one for really posh restaurants. But Memories have been made for a at least my lifetime. Although its expensive. Would do it again in a heart beat

We had a great time with the Disney Princesses and Mickey, but I need to point out something unacceptable. On a €274 bill for 2 adults and 1 child, I ordered two glasses of milk for the kids. We were charged €6 per glass.Milk was not listed anywhere on the menu, and no one informed us of the price beforehand. Charging it as if it were a premium juice is unreasonable, especially for a basic children’s item. At this price level, the right thing would have been to offer it as a small courtesy, or at least tell us the price beforehand. The minimum expectation is transparency. This felt more like an oversight, or worse, an intentional upcharge than good service. What made the situation worse was the staff’s attitude. They didn’t care at all about our concern, they were clearly more focused on closing than addressing a legitimate complaint.

We had a very pleasant and magical time at the restaurant. Our 3-year-old daughter was amazed to see all the princesses. I highly recommend the experience, but perhaps better suited to a 5-year-old who has a bigger appetite. The meal was delicious, and we had a wonderful time as a family.

The food is terrible, the prices are very high

We had breakfast at 8:15. You have to book in advance, and there's an extra charge even if you have full board. There are two seatings. Punctuality is essential! We arrived late because we couldn't find it, and they were kind enough to let us in. A lovely experience. They come around to the tables. The breakfast is delicious; they have everything. They serve you at your table, so you don't have to get up to get anything. The little ones wait for the princesses to come to each table. It's all very magical. Bring a guestbook; it's important. It's around the corner from the castle, near the Sword of Excalibur.

We had dinner at Auberge de Cendrillon about ten days ago, and it was a magical experience. A beautiful setting, excellent cuisine, and a warm atmosphere. A huge thank you to Lisa (if I'm not mistaken), a fair-haired waitress who was incredibly kind, always smiling, and very professional. She made our lunch even more special. I truly hope this message reaches her, because she deserves it!

An incredible experience with the princesses! My daughter had a special time with each of them, dancing with Snow White, curtsying with Aurora, and experiencing magic with Cinderella, plus a photo opportunity and cuddles. Mickey Mouse came to see us several times. Great atmosphere, super friendly waiters and waitresses, fantastic!

An absolutely wonderful experience and highly recommended for families, couples, or any Disney magic lover. From the moment you enter, the restaurant's ambiance is spectacular, with attention to every detail, making you truly feel like you're inside a real fairy tale. The Cinderella-inspired decor creates a beautiful and very special setting, perfect for enjoying a unique and memorable meal. The staff's service was excellent, always friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, with beautifully presented and high-quality dishes, ideal for complementing such a special visit. Without a doubt, one of the most magical moments was the opportunity to take photos with the princesses and Mike, something that makes the visit a unique experience, especially for children, but also for adults who enjoy the Disney universe. Being able to interact with the characters and take those memories home in photos makes every minute worthwhile. It's much more than a restaurant: it's a complete experience full of wonder, fantasy, and unforgettable moments. Perfect for celebrating special occasions or simply enjoying a different kind of day at the park. I would definitely go back, because it combines good food, entertainment and Disney magic in an exceptional way.

Auberge de Cendrillon offers a beautiful, fairytale atmosphere—truly a 10/10 setting that makes you feel like you’ve stepped right into a storybook. The food was good overall, though not exceptional for the price, and unfortunately my waffle arrived cold. We’ve been going to Disney our whole lives and had high expectations for this breakfast experience, especially with the character dining. We met Cinderella, Aurora, and Mickey, which was lovely. You do get enough time to eat before the characters come around, which is nice. However, our table was in a corner and Mickey initially missed us—we only got to meet him thanks to another guest who alerted a cast member as they were already beginning to reset for the next group. The character interactions felt a bit rushed, which is understandable given timing, but it didn’t feel as magical or memorable as expected. Overall, a beautiful experience for the setting and ambiance, but the food and character interactions didn’t fully match the high expectations.
