Excellent, refined cuisine. The salmon carpaccio was superb, as was everything else. A truly excellent place; we'll be back very soon.

50 years later, so many beautiful memories

I would like to extend my warmest thanks to the Auberge de Chalezeule and the family who run this establishment. We celebrated my wife's 60th birthday last Sunday, and I couldn't be more thrilled. It was exactly what I hoped for: a meal that was a joyful and delicious experience. All our family and friends appreciated the exceptional quality of the dishes. Bravo to the Chef, the father! Thank you to the mother and daughter who welcomed us with smiles, kindness, and helpfulness. In their hospitality, we recognized the true passion of a true restaurateur.
