Very friendly place in which you feel good and pampered, the owners are fully invested in their work, and this is felt in the quality of the service as well as in the quality of the meal itself. On this Sunday, February 13, 2022, my wife and I enjoyed a delicious mushroom crust as a starter, followed by a shrimp fricassee with vanilla sauce (the combination of tastes was very successful), and a sirloin with béarnaise sauce, all accompanied by fresh vegetables, with the addition a little later of a plate of 3 refined cheeses. A delight! And to finish, for dessert, a poached pear with dark chocolate coulis as well as a homemade fruit salad of course. It was certainly very, very good. Once again, our warm greetings to the chef and his wife who went out of her way to delight everyone. Hello again! As promised, my wife and I returned to eat at the Chaleuzeule Inn, again for Valentine's Day, on Friday February 10, 2023. (we could only that day) And once again, we enjoyed ourselves after being more than well received. We started with the famous mushroom crust, so delicious, a real culinary “enjoyment”. After recovering from our emotions, we continued with capon steaks accompanied by fresh vegetables. Here too our taste buds thanked us. What followed was an assortment of regional cheeses and a little walnut salad, and to finish, the chocolate pear for Madame and for me a fromage blanc with raspberry coulis. Don't throw away any more, the cup is full, as much as our belly! Go ahead, let yourself be tempted, you won't be disappointed!
