I've been here twice, once in 2023 under the prior ownership and most recently under it's new owner — Poppy. Both times have been absolutely spectacular. This last stay was remarkably peaceful, delicious, and inspiring. Staying at Auberge de Chassignolles is like rebooting your nervous system while raising the bar on what it means to eat, drink, and live well. Already thinking about coming back a 3rd time.
