Blind Menu: Perfect from start to finish. Fine and refined cuisine. Perfect pairings for each dish and above all lightness. Homemade bread, a real treat!!! And what about the dessert... A flawless one for this restaurant. I highly recommend!!!

We came especially for the restaurant and our expectations were met.
Dinner on the terrace in a very pleasant setting.
The M menu with cheeses is magical. The excellent dishes follow one another in perfect rhythm, the wine served always chilled in perfect synchronization with the dishes. Appetizers and sweets, all as beautiful as they are original, complete the menu in a myriad of flavors.
Thank you to the whole team, warm, professional, attentive and present without any excess. And a big congratulations to the chef!
Oh! Yes, we will come back!

Too bad there isn't even a placemat, even if it's made of paper, with Dubout's beautiful drawings.

A starred table without the macaron! The service, the room, the wine list, the appetizers and the sweet treats admirably complement the discovery menu served for the whole table. Very nice discovery with the family, a well-mastered cuisine including perfect cooking for the arctic char and the duck fillet. The food and wine pairings were very successful and the surprise of a very well vinified Beaujolais pinot gris for dessert won us all over. All for a very reasonable addition.

Un restaurant exceptionnel - le présentation, le mélange de goûts, le vin, le vaisselle, le service - toutes impeccable. C’est rare à trouver maintenant! Ce ne change pas depuis quelques années !!

Je cherchais un hotel restaurant avec spa. J'ai profité d'une offre intéressante combinant le séjour, le diner, le petit-déjeuner et le spa. Pour faie un compte rond j'ai ajouté un massage duo. Et le résultat est parfait, de l'accueil jusqu'au départ, totu est fait pour que notre séjour soit agréable. Le diner fut extraordinaire, avec des amuse-bouches surprenant puis des associations de saveurs exquises
