We had a wonderful time. Upon arrival, I enjoyed a one-hour massage with Charlotte, who is a truly gifted masseuse. Our Achillée room was spacious and very comfortable. We went down to the restaurant where we ordered the set menu with wine pairings. The meal was superb, a discovery of flavors and textures; thank you to all the staff for their kindness. To top it all off, a generous breakfast with a view of the vineyards. We will definitely be back.

We went there without knowing it... now we know... We know this place is very pleasant and peaceful. We know the staff is incredibly attentive. We know we eat with our eyes because everything is presented and prepared with such care and artistry... A real treat... simply delicious.

Calm, relaxing, authentic, welcoming... This hotel, located in a charming village, has it all. The service is exceptional; everyone is smiling and attentive. The rooms are lovely: the view, the bedding, the amenities... The breakfast served at the table is very generous and delicious, not to mention the breathtaking view. The spa is private for 45 minutes just for you... It's simply divine. We also tried the couples massage, and the therapist was just as wonderful as the place itself. I recommend it 200%!

We had lunch as a couple in a classic restaurant setting. We were welcomed with original amuse-bouches, and each course was served on a beautifully presented plate! Everything was very well cooked and presented. It's a shame the chef didn't make a quick round of the tables at the end of service. We could have complimented him.

It was for a special occasion, and we wanted a quiet, romantic setting for two, that we had lunch at the Auberge. We must have picked the wrong day, as the restaurant was full and very noisy. The Auberge's concept is to serve "starters" and "bites" throughout the meal; the wait is long, and the portions are so small that it's difficult to appreciate the quality of the dish (we had the €79 set menu). What is undeniable is that the preparation and presentation are both delicious and beautifully presented. However, arriving at noon and leaving at 3 pm is far too long. I have reduced mobility, and there were no reserved parking spaces outside; we had to search for a spot on steep streets...and in desperation, my husband returned to drop me off at the front.

I come here every 5 years; the place changes, but the food is always just as good in this gourmet restaurant.

A truly exquisite experience! This is my second time dining at this establishment, and I wasn't disappointed. The service is impeccable, and the dishes are meticulously prepared and exceptionally flavorful. Originality and creativity are guaranteed!

We came for an important occasion and a romantic, intimate dinner for two. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy this moment because the restaurant was small and full, resulting in a very unpleasant din. We appreciated the €90 menu, its originality, and the quality of each dish, even if the small portions didn't allow us to fully savor any one course. Having to wait several minutes between each bite made the meal seem to drag; it lasted three hours! There was no parking space outside the restaurant for someone with reduced mobility like myself, which was difficult. In short, a well-deserved star for the quality of the food and the presentation, but the few negative points I've mentioned mean we won't be returning.
