I come every 5 years; the place changes, but the food is always just as good in this gourmet restaurant.

A truly exquisite experience! This is my second time dining at this establishment, and I wasn't disappointed. The service is impeccable, and the dishes are meticulously prepared and exceptionally flavorful. Originality and creativity are guaranteed!

We came for an important occasion and a romantic, intimate dinner for two. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy this moment because the restaurant was small and full, resulting in a very unpleasant din. We appreciated the €90 menu, its originality, and the quality of each dish, even if the small portions didn't allow us to fully savor any one course. Having to wait several minutes between each bite made the meal seem to drag; it lasted three hours! There was no parking space outside the restaurant for someone with reduced mobility like myself, which was difficult. In short, a well-deserved star for the quality of the food and the presentation, but the few negative points I've mentioned mean we won't be returning.

What a superb place! The hotel is already top-notch, but what can we say about the restaurant! The chef and his team more than deserve their Michelin star, the service is excellent, and the dishes are sumptuous. Special mention goes to Nicolas, who truly stands out—a master of his craft, highly professional, and naturally funny and warm. We highly recommend it!

A truly enchanting interlude! We had an excellent time, from the private spa and the hour-long couples massages to the magnificent dinner (from appetizer to dessert, including the wine selection), the well-insulated and spotless room, and the perfect breakfast! A Michelin-starred restaurant at this price is definitely worth the trip. However, some aspects could be improved, such as the unpleasant smell in the changing rooms and the possibility of a more generous side dish for the meat. BUT at this price, that's really nitpicking. Personally, I would have liked a visit from the chef at the end of service to chat with him… so, we'll have to come back another time.
