A true gem! Everything was absolutely perfect: an incredibly warm welcome, top-notch service with a smile, and incredibly delicious dishes. Every bite was a delight; you can taste the passion and quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere is fantastic; you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Honestly, I absolutely loved it! Since chef Julien Bousquet took over the Auberge de Combes, everything has been simply incredible. The setting is sublime, and the meal we enjoyed was equally so. Delicious dishes, impeccable service, a superb wine selection, all at a remarkable price. An experience we were truly delighted with—without a doubt, one of our favorite restaurants.
