I went with my partner and a couple of friends; it was our first time, and everything was impeccable. The food, the service, and the wines. A very nice wine cellar that I encourage you to explore, just as much as the chef's dishes. We'll definitely be back!

It was very brave of them to take over a business in this small hamlet! The inn is an excellent restaurant. My second visit today confirmed my first impression: it's very good and I'll be back. The first time was a weekday and I had a set menu with five starters, a meat course, and two desserts. This Sunday, I had a house aperitif, a charcuterie platter, three starters, a meat course, cheese, and a dessert.
The prices are reasonable considering the quality. It's definitely worth the trip.

Go there, you must climb 700 meters above the centuries-old chestnut forests.
The breadfruit tree, the nourishing chestnut, emblematic of the Cévennes.
In Combes, at this modern inn of glass and schist stone... Julien Bousquet in the kitchen delights us with traditional, modern, and original dishes.
A leisurely stroll followed our visit to Combes.

We ate there last night! And it was a delight for the palate, excellent cuisine, a warm welcome, and the tasting menu was a pure marvel. Perfect cooking, incredible flavors, an amazing blend of spices—everything was perfect. Thank you! I highly recommend it!

We discovered the Auberge de Combes during a bike ride. Charmed by the place, we booked a table and returned for dinner a few days later. And what a delight it was! After an aperitif on the terrace with its breathtaking view, what a feast for the senses: four appetizers, each more delicious and original than the last... And that was just the beginning of this fabulous menu that perfectly paired the wines and dishes. Julien Bousquet is a truly great chef who is an absolute must-try. He works with high-quality, local produce. We highly recommend this establishment.

This inn has been taken over by Julien Bouquet, formerly of Pica-Pica in Béziers. He has managed to preserve the authentic character of the place, both in the decor and the atmosphere. The view is exceptional! I recommend the €45 menu, where, instead of a traditional starter, you're served a multitude of small dishes that immediately give you a taste of his talent! As for the main courses, they are delicious, with generous portions. All served in a cheerful atmosphere! This restaurant is well worth a visit!
