We ate there last night! And it was a delight for the palate, excellent cuisine, a warm welcome, and the tasting menu was a pure marvel. Perfect cooking, incredible flavors, an amazing blend of spices—everything was perfect. Thank you! I highly recommend it!

We discovered the Auberge de Combes during a bike ride. Charmed by the place, we booked a table and returned for dinner a few days later. And what a delight it was! After an aperitif on the terrace with its breathtaking view, what a feast for the senses: four appetizers, each more delicious and original than the last... And that was just the beginning of this fabulous menu that perfectly paired the wines and dishes. Julien Bousquet is a truly great chef who is an absolute must-try. He works with high-quality, local produce. We highly recommend this establishment.

This inn has been taken over by Julien Bouquet, formerly of Pica-Pica in Béziers. He has managed to preserve the authentic character of the place, both in the decor and the atmosphere. The view is exceptional! I recommend the €45 menu, where, instead of a traditional starter, you're served a multitude of small dishes that immediately give you a taste of his talent! As for the main courses, they are delicious, with generous portions. All served in a cheerful atmosphere! This restaurant is well worth a visit!

Deceptively simple dishes, fresh, local and homemade. Generous portions and everything was very tasty. A small note on the pork main course, the fat should have been rendered down more. Other than that, happy to see a young chef taking on this beautiful location and looking forward to seeing him develop.

We had the pleasure of rediscovering the talent of Chef Julien Bousquet, formerly of Pica-Pica in Béziers, now at the helm of Auberge des Combes.
We opted for the four-course tasting menu at €45, and it was an excellent surprise from start to finish. The dishes are refined, expertly prepared, with beautiful flavors and a true sense of identity.
The dining room is small and intimate, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The view is simply magnificent. It makes us want to return when the weather is warmer to dine on the terrace.
Special mention goes to the warm and attentive service. The Chef regularly comes to the dining room to ensure everything is running smoothly and even takes the time to personally bring some dishes, making the experience even more personal and authentic. An address we wholeheartedly recommend!
