We spent a weekend in Beaujolais. Returning two nights in a row to continue exploring the menu at the Auberge de Corcelles is a testament to the exceptional service and cuisine. The owners are dedicated and very friendly. From the appetizers to the homemade desserts, everything is perfect! We highly recommend this place. You can taste their passion for their craft. Bravo!

L'Auberge de Corcelles is an excellent restaurant, with fresh, refined, and carefully prepared cuisine. We dined there for a wedding at the Château de Corcelles and had a wonderful time!
The owner, Guillaume, is particularly welcoming and attentive to his guests.
This is a place well worth a visit; we will gladly return!

Discovered by chance because Corcelles is a little off the beaten track, away from the main roads through the vineyards. It's worth the detour for the sweetbreads, perfectly cooked, golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside, with a delicious jus and an excellent truffle purée. The pan-fried chanterelles are appetizing, and the chocolate dome with lemon cream is also very good. The pavlova could have used a bit more berries and a little less whipped cream, but that's just my opinion. A good place to remember.
