The welcome was always up to the standard of the mountain inn, the local produce was perfect, with a particularly successful casserole of lamb shoulder pieces in a sauce worthy of a top chef. The service, with the owner always attentive to customers, will be back next time (with sunshine).
Hello, this is a place I know well and have been going there for years and years, but unfortunately, since the last owners took over, the quality has declined. I'm leaving this short message to help you rectify the situation, not to bother you. Be aware that the quantities of charcuterie have shrunk dramatically, and for the patia (a type of cheese), they should use cream directly from the farmers. Many people around me have complained, and it would be a shame if such a lovely establishment were to close one day. All the best to you.
Thank you for reading.
Sincerely
