We ate very well, the service impeccable. Unfortunately some customers present that day spoiled our meal. They let their children make more noise than necessary and insult the other tables who complained about the noise in filthy terms. In short, the lack of civic-mindedness is more and more deplorable.
Stumbled across this place on a bike ride intending to have lunch in Beaune. Beaune full of bus loads of people with American accents so we cycled back to here and so glad we did. The place was busy with all manner of locals eating from people who had obviously been working in construction/farming and having lunch to different gatherings of families and friends. 3 course lunch menu with coffee for €16. Not much choice - you have what the chef has prepared that morning, which is absolutely fine by us. We were welcomed and came away having very much enjoyed our lunch and feeling as though the experience was completely authentic in every way.
Sharing a family meal as if we were at home, just enjoying the tasty dishes served with professionalism and kindness, I was the happiest of mothers, sharing every moment of the conversations.

Après avoir vu passer régulièrement des menus du jour le midi en semaine à 16€ (entrée/plat/dessert et café), envie de tester pendant nos vacances. Vraiment pas déçus. Une salade piémontaise maison, frites maison... Malgré une affluence, patronne très sympathique A refaire
