A lovely evening for two. The servers were very pleasant and professional. The dishes were beautiful and delicious. It was a real pleasure to eat such well-presented vegetables and excellent meat.

Today's meal: red mullet as a starter, pike-perch as a main course. Everything was incredibly delicate, perfectly cooked, piping hot, flavorful, not greasy, with steamed vegetables. Beautifully presented with a lovely garnish on the plate, it was a delight for both the taste buds and the eyes. The service was discreet yet attentive, friendly, and efficient. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

L’Auberge de la Bruche is a hidden gem in Dachstein that you absolutely must discover.
It’s a gourmet restaurant with elegant décor, nestled in a traditional Alsatian house, and we absolutely loved it.
Presentation, textures, flavors: flawless from start to finish. Seasonal produce is showcased beautifully, and it’s truly a pleasure to see.
I highly recommend trying the foie gras, a house specialty.

A very good restaurant; we had a wonderful dinner. The €55 tasting menu included two amuse-bouches per person, a generous slice of foie gras, a well-prepared main course (we discovered pigeon!), and a classic (chocolate dome) but very good dessert.
The waiter was pleasant, even though he was running the dining room alone. The ingredients were fresh and well-prepared.
It just needed a little something extra to be perfect (a slightly more refined table setting, no plastic Christmas decorations, and menu cards that weren't scribbled on).
We will gladly return to enjoy the outdoor seating.
