Upon arrival, the exterior of the inn seduces with its undeniable charm, promising a picturesque experience. , once inside, the enthusiasm faded a little. The interior decoration, marked by a choice of clashing colors, materials and ornaments, contrasts sharply with the exterior appeal and creates an atmosphere that leaves one perplexed. Fortunately, she excels on the plate. The kitchen turns out to be the real strong point of the establishment. Each dish, meticulously prepared, is a discovery of authentic and well-balanced flavors, testifying to the know-how and passion of the chef. The frozen tiramisu, in particular, adds a touch of creativity to the end of the meal. Don’t let its interior appearance discourage you, because it’s on the plate that the inn reveals its true charm!

I have been regularly visiting this restaurant for 17 years now. The best: the setting, the terrace, the service and of course the cuisine. I came up from Colmar specifically to come and eat in this restaurant. If we could give 10 stars I would have given them.

Very nice address but service to be reviewed. We loved the dishes. Very good cuisine with well-cooked dishes and good portions. You can choose the dishes individually or choose a menu. We opted for the Tasting menu at 55 euros. As a starter we loved the very generous slice of foie gras. For the main course, the beef was very well cooked and melted in your mouth. The damson dessert was just perfect. Regarding the service, unfortunately bad experience. Only 2 waiters for the whole restaurant. More than an hour of waiting between the starter and the main course. Forget the cheeses that were included in the menu. The waiter apologized and took 5 euros off the 55 euro menu, which is not much. No commercial gesture. Error on the bill with an overcharged menu. In short, I recommend the Auberge de la Bruche, you will not be disappointed. However, I hope you have better luck than us with the service.

Excellent, highly sought-after cuisine, the plates are well presented and the crockery is beautiful. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is cozy. The value for money is good, given the quality of the food.

Bonne cuisine, le menu de la semaine est d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Service un peu long en ce lundi midi, mais du monde et un personnel réduit excuse cette attente.
