For years, we've been going to Auberge de la Cabane several times a year for lunch, and every time friends come to visit our chalet in Besse.
We've never been disappointed with the meals or the welcome, where tradition and quality cuisine ensure everyone has a great time.
Of course, the frogs' legs are excellent, but so are the charcuterie, the roast veal, the cheese and lentil salad, and the cheeses.
And a small, excellent rosé in a pitcher, as well as a red Merlot, which goes well with the meal.
Of course, I wholeheartedly recommend this inn and I thank the staff for their welcome.
