Auberge de la Caille sur La Balme-De-Sillingy

We stayed two nights in the hotel section for two adults and two children (5 and 7 years old). We were in the attic, which wasn't easy to access with suitcases (the room didn't really match the photos). The room itself was very basic, with only two light bulbs in the ceiling and a single, rather old radiator for the entire room. Furthermore, it would have been helpful to mention that the bathroom/toilet required going down some rather dangerous stairs and was very cold. Also, they should ask for guests' heights. I'm 1.87m (6'2") and I had to bend over to shower. In short, it was an average stay, and I don't think I'll be returning.
