While visiting Blois, we decided to treat ourselves to the gourmet restaurant. What an experience! Creative, seasonal cuisine, explosions of successive flavors, friendly service, attentive to our needs. The cook and his team are artists of flavors.

We tried the bistronomic restaurant.
The room is pleasant, we were on the terrace
The menu is rather tempting but the dishes are disappointing... the presentation is very mediocre and the quality of the food... meh
The service is not the best, only one server had a smile and was friendly...

Everything was perfect!
We stayed at the inn and were delighted with the establishment.
The welcome was perfect, very kind and very patient ☺️
Both parts of the establishment are very beautiful, whether it is the "tradition" part which is very nicely renovated or the completely new wing.
The room was spacious and very well appointed. The bed was very good, we slept well there. The view of the wooded park is very pleasant.
The buffet breakfast is complete and very good.
In summary, and if I haven't been clear enough 😆, I am delighted with our stay and I completely recommend this establishment. We will come back to this.

Certainement un des meilleurs gastronomique de la région, que ça soit la cuisine, la présentation, le service, la salle, tout est au TOP. C’est simple, je n’ai trouvé aucun défaut.

A very nice return to this restaurant after an absence of 5 years. Really delicious food, we are trying to learn french so rejected the English menu and read off the french one. The menus were great and we went for the whole works. Beautifully presented including the pre-starters... I am looking forward to going back next year. Eric's food continues to impress. Nice polite service.. And they let us move tables when we requested.
