Beautiful location in a verdant setting. Regarding the restaurant, I was a little disappointed because the menus promised enticing dishes, but once at the table, disappointment was inevitable. The quality was more or less there, but the portions were a bit small. As for the price, expect to pay at least 50 euros with a glass of wine. The dining room and terrace are superb. Pleasant service to end on a nice note!

(Restaurant Review) A wonderful discovery at Auberge de la Caillère.
The staff is very young, still learning the ropes, but that's precisely what makes the experience so touching: there's genuine enthusiasm and sincerity, and it shows.
The restaurant is very new, almost too new—it still lacks a bit of decoration and warmth to truly feel at home. But that will surely come with time.
On the plate, it's the complete opposite: simple, generous, comforting cuisine that truly delights. (The warm chocolate mousse is to die for!)
In short, a great place, with potential and a real soul in the making.

A very professional welcome awaits you at this beautiful establishment, which truly deserves its four stars.
The spacious room with a terrace was very well appointed and soundproofed, with a comfortable queen-size bed.
The homemade cuisine was excellent, with generous portions and attentive service.
The breakfast buffet was comprehensive, offering an unlimited selection of sweet and savory items. We highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful weekend! The welcome was impeccable, right down to the room, and the breakfast was excellent, featuring local products and homemade items! A lovely establishment with parking right in front. The room was a good size, clean, and well-equipped – nothing to complain about! 😌 💯

A real gem! The Auberge de la Caillère is a very welcoming hotel where you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We had booked a "comfort room with terrace," which was spacious and very pleasant.
The Auberge de la Caillère is very well located, near many castles (including the Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire, which is a true jewel).
We dined at the hotel restaurant; the dining room is magnificent, the dishes were sophisticated, refined, and delicious! And the service was impeccable.
Special mention goes to the very generous breakfast, with delicious products, all served in a room full of character and charm. We will definitely be back!
