Auberge de la Cascade du Rouget sur Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval

Welcoming inn, we like to come back often, the donuts are delicious, well the whole menu and the view is splendid. If you want a place to relax and take the time to admire the view with a good meal, you've come to the right place. I don't understand the comments from people who complain because "they're waiting" isn't the goal to benefit? Thank you very much we will come back next year

Four stars only for the location. The terrace with a beautiful location. Friendly girl at the counter. We only had a drink, I would eat somewhere else.

We pushed the door open for a snack break. 2 Viennese coffees, 1 hot chocolate. 1 Nutella crepe, 1 Grand Marnier crepe, 1 Blueberry whipped crepe. Fair prices, we got it for €23.50. On the other hand, forget the taste pleasure or the presence/friendliness of the service. Grand Marnier crepe which is not even flambéed but just soaked. Hot chocolate from a company type machine. Sour blueberries which made me woozy all afternoon (as did my partner who was polite enough to finish the pancake for me). I agree that it is complicated to taste all the products but here it lacked freshness. Make a jam instead of just throwing a few blueberries into the pancake... A real meal eaten at home is perhaps of better quality but in any case, the snack break did not convince us.

A typical, smiling, pleasant family inn with very good quality catering (exceptional potato fritters, blueberry whipped cream pancake 💞) homemade👏👏👏, a delight for the taste buds. An exceptional view of the Rouget waterfall. Only happiness

Petite auberge familiale ultra sympathique. À la bonne franquette et sans chichi, avec une vue imprenable sur la merveilleuse cascade du Rouget. Nous étions très bien placés, en terrasse avec une une magnifique sur la cascade. Service rapide avec le sourire et avec soin. Très bons produits (contrairement à ce que nous pouvons lire sur certains commentaires). Je recommande la spécialité "l'assiette du montagnard", les beignets de pomme de terre et le jambon de pays sont excellents. Nous y avons passé un excellent repas en famille dans un cadre à couper le souffle. Merci !!!
