Auberge de la Cascade sur Mouret

We were 4 people, we didn't know this little gem... After an impeccable, smiling, professional welcome, the meal was brought to us... Quantity, quality of products, presentation... Perfectly affordable prices. A table that is worth a detour, from Rodez, Millau, see further. Going there once is guaranteed to return. One nice downside... when ordering a Monaco, don't forget to ask for grenadine..!!

Very friendly hostel, home-cooked family cuisine, therefore limited choice. Place renowned for its small waterfall, very close to this restaurant.

Alone next to the waterfall site, parking, decent menu and meal but what a wait, 30 minutes between two courses is too much, fo hired!

It started well, goat salad ok then 30 minutes of waiting to get a chicken in fried sauce, not bad in itself, but only skin and bones.....I left afterwards! Good reputation though, as it turns out....otherwise parking and waterfall site nearby

Leaving Campuac, on the GR6 variant, take a short detour via L’Auberge de la Cascade. Philippe and Laurence will welcome you warmly and generously. Delicious sandwiches for the road, smiles and home cooking!

Very good preparation of the calf's head, tasted the estoufinado for the first time: a marvel. Very good service. I recommend.

Pleasant and friendly place. The quantity and quality are there. The only remark I can make is the cooking of the beef: a little overcooked. Otherwise, quality, home-cooked products. We had a great time, we will come back with great pleasure.
