The Chef took us on a delightful journey beyond Burgundy... He awakened, surprised, and delighted our taste buds, dulled by the usual Burgundian sauces... Every course of the meal was a discovery, with a beautiful combination of flavors... We began with a delicate shower of amuse-bouches, followed by precisely composed plates, culminating in a finale of fruity and chocolatey desserts... The staff was very attentive and responsive to our culinary impressions during service...

A wonderful experience at Auberge de la Charme, where I went to celebrate my birthday with my parents. We chose the five-course tasting menu with wine pairings, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The dishes were perfectly executed, both refined and flavorful. The wine pairings were particularly successful. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and pleasant, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
