The cuisine is elaborate, subtle, and refined. There are no choices on the menu, BUT you understand why when the dishes arrive; you let yourself be surprised and... you are surprised... by the skill involved, the delicacy, the blend of flavors, the refinement...
The service is flawless, impeccable.
Only the location stands out from the rest: an unremarkable building lost in the fields, but this only adds to the surprise. The dining room is calm and cozy, and the arrangement of the tables and chairs (very nice and comfortable chairs, by the way) allows you to feel at ease and in your own space.
A wonderful discovery for us; we will most certainly return... with pleasure.
An excellent discovery; the dishes are exquisitely prepared and beautifully presented. The wine list is well-curated and perfectly complements the dishes. An experience to be repeated.
