We didn't stay at this hotel as it was fully booked, but at 10:30 PM, after being turned away with a reservation from the Brit Hotel in La Ferté, we were redirected to a bed and breakfast known to the staff. So, for the quality of service provided, it deserved a review!

A warm and well-organized welcome. The mayor of the town had recommended me to the hotel owner. I ate and slept free of charge, thanks to the inn, the mayor, and the town.
A very pleasant inn, with a very spacious and bright room and excellent bedding.
The meals are superb and very reasonably priced.
Even those who are never satisfied will find it difficult to criticize if they are acting in good faith.
In conclusion, if you are passing through Val au Perche, stop by.
The price for the overnight stay is very reasonable. A warm welcome, the weekday meals are simple and very good. The room was modern and clean, the place is well-maintained, I recommend it. Omelets and bacon in the morning would be perfect!
