We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect: the service, the waiters and waitresses, the food, the flavors, the atmosphere, and the quality of the meal. We'll be back in warmer weather to eat outside with a view of the canal. Today it was raining, but the experience was delightful. Thank you to our neighbor for the invitation; he knew this restaurant.

The location, on the banks of the Canal du Midi, is perfect for enjoying your meal.

A true pleasure from start to finish! The food is truly excellent, everything is perfectly executed.
Bruno, the manager, is incredibly kind and always has a touch of humor, and the front-of-house team is top-notch: smiling and attentive.

The food was good, and the presentation was nice too. However, I made the mistake of pointing out to the owner, who came to take our order, that after 20 minutes we still hadn't been served our aperitifs. This gentleman's only response was to shout across the room, "Madame is in a hurry!!" so that they would bring us our drinks anyway. In fact, my husband and I came to this restaurant to celebrate the end of my chemotherapy and radiation treatments (I'm a cancer survivor), and YES, I am in a hurry, and above all, I'M IN A HURRY TO LIVE! You position yourselves as a refined restaurant, so please ensure that your attitude towards your customers reflects that.
