First visit on a Saturday for lunch. The setting is perfect, peaceful, with the forest as a backdrop. The name of the establishment will change to LE DOMAINE DE L'ECLAIRCIE. A warm welcome in an establishment whose modernization is just finishing and seems very promising (thank you for opening the doors to the various dining rooms and a magnificent covered terrace). Our table with a banquette comfortably accommodated five of us. The service is efficient. The selection of dishes met the tastes of the guests. The execution was impeccable, both in the presentation, the pairing of the ingredients, and the cooking. We appreciated the real attention paid to the flavors, the espumas, and the siphons. The fat that sometimes carries the flavors is not overly present and does not detract from the experience. The experience continues with the same quality of execution with exquisitely crafted desserts, and the descriptions deliver on their promises. A wine list allows you to complement your dishes without overdoing it, with a sufficient selection. Wine decanting is even available. A wonderful discovery! We loved this place. We went to their garden in summer , good shades , lovely atmosphere. Great services, friendly and accommodating. Lovely lunch , fresh , seasonal. If you want some delicious food in a relax place , go there. You will not regret it. Shame I did not take pictures of the beautiful terrace , pond and garden but you will have to go yourself to discover it.

The restaurant is fantastic. The service is very good and the food is world-class! We often vacation in France, especially because of the good cuisine, and our expectations were exceeded here. Fast food with 80 people on the bus. Service was fast and good. Only the two restrooms were overrun! 😜

Snails and king pie were sold out, but what we ate was super delicious and a nice end to the holiday, definitely recommendable
