An experience in traditional cuisine certainly. Beef confit is an example. However, the search for gastronomy is not at all mastered. Chutney, chestnut dessert, trout terrine; work needs to be done when it comes to mixing flavors.
Par une soirée froide et pluvieuse, nous avions réservé. Et dès que nous avons passé la porte, nous avons senti l'ambiance chaleureuse du hall d'entrée. De véritables fauteuils confortables nous accueillent pour manger.
Et, tellement c'est bon, on tient jusqu'au bout !
