What a surprise and a joy to see the former owners back at their stove! The cheese crust was a delight, and the Bonnevaux papillote was excellent. We've never been disappointed. The owner and staff are truly lovely. I highly recommend this inn and we'll be back! 😋😋

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A summer reopening you won't want to miss! What a joy to learn that the Auberge de la Haute Joux is reopening for the summer season! After the announcement of its permanent closure, it's a wonderful surprise to be able to enjoy it again for a few months. We had a fantastic time. Special mention goes to the trout burger, which was simply delicious, a real treat! If you're still hesitating, go without hesitation and try this dish or anything else on the menu. A huge thank you to Théo and Hélène, as well as all the staff, for their warm welcome and kindness. Hurry and visit while you still can this summer! ☀️
