I'm reliving my childhood memories with the salad, the raw vegetables, the 5-star roast potatoes (and even more if I could!), and the service is always so efficient and friendly! When I see how many people are here in this inn, I'm overjoyed. Thank you and congratulations on the magnificent sorbets and desserts!

My husband and I returned for dinner on a Tuesday evening and were generally disappointed with the experience. The music (an FM radio program) was far too loud for a meal in a chic inn. The ambiance didn't match the setting: we felt more like we were in a car than in a restaurant of this caliber. The champagne was served in wine glasses rather than flutes, which also surprised us given the establishment's positioning. Finally, the head waiter's behavior made us uncomfortable. His attitude seemed rather haughty, with some inappropriate remarks and judgments directed at the other guests. The meal itself, however, was very good, and the ingredients were of high quality. Nevertheless, the overall experience remains mixed and disappointing considering Klauss's name and reputation.

Perfect. Great meal. Great atmosphere. Well organized. Exceptional location. We had the Lorraine menu, which was very generous and delicious. The dessert was fantastic, both in terms of flavor and presentation. A truly wonderful time spent in this beautiful place.

Worth visiting and enjoying without any problems

We were hoping for an amazing experience... While the food was good, a gourmet menu, the service fell far short of our expectations: the welcome, the location (first room), the unprofessional, unmotivated service, and the lack of explanation, even regarding some changes... This negatively impacted our enjoyment of the meal and the dishes... A huge disappointment...
