A very good inn. Pleasant setting. I've returned several times. The local cuisine is always generous. Quality wines. A beautiful room for weddings and other events. On August 15th, I had another experience at my granddaughter's wedding in the conservatory. A very beautiful and pleasant setting. Everything was perfect. Our guests were delighted by the meal prepared with homemade specialties. Thank you to Carole and Jérôme for their kindness. A wonderful, welcoming place that I highly recommend. Nearby, there's a very nice shop in a vaulted cellar. They sell excellent local products and very good quality wines. Gift baskets and gift sets are available for all occasions. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I also recommend it.

This isn't the first time, nor will it be the last, that I've enjoyed their wonderfully cooked meals 😋. I love everything about them. The owner too. A down-to-earth and very warm man. I highly recommend them. 👍

We had a super delicious meal!! It was quite busy, so sometimes we had to wait a bit longer, but that wasn't a problem. The tasty food and the ambiance made for a fantastic evening. Highly recommended!!

Please note, I'm reviewing the wine shop: Laurent and David offer a first-class welcome! When you go, don't hesitate to ask for a tasting (if they haven't already offered one). They have a very wide selection of (good) wines and digestifs at good prices. The tasting can be kindly accompanied by slices of sausage. Homemade terrines and pasta are also available. An unmissable address: excellence, generosity, and authenticity. Sept. 2026 • With friends An exceptional restaurant that we visit several times a year because the quality is so consistently high. An exceptional restaurant where each visit confirms its excellence. We savored a pan-seared sea bream and a tournedos Rossini, both perfectly executed, accompanied by roasted potatoes from the Barthel farm and a salad from market gardener Romain Vatry: a true delight. The wines—Côtes de Gascogne UBY, Moselle, and then Loire reds—were impeccably paired. The desserts, a decadent Black Forest cake and a Colonel made with Zubrowka vodka, provided a superb conclusion to the meal. The quality of the ingredients, all expertly prepared, is impeccable. The service remains warm, attentive, and exceptionally professional. The value for money is excellent, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. A must-try for anyone who loves true French cuisine, generous and expertly prepared.

Best restaurant I have ever visited.

We used the Auberge de la Klauss for our wedding on August 29, 2026. Everything was incredible thanks to them. They were fantastic from beginning to end. We communicated throughout the wedding planning process. The staff was incredibly kind, and the food was excellent. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal—a meal worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The waitresses took exceptional care of us and were available until the very end of the evening. We couldn't have chosen better. We are very grateful for their professionalism and accessibility. Thank you again for everything. We recommend them 100,000 percent!

Supposed to be a must-try in the area, we unfortunately left with rather mixed feelings... Several "negative" points come to mind: - The restaurant is large, but with the number of tables available, the passage for both servers and customers can be difficult in some places. - The menu has its classics but doesn't seem to be updated often enough (according to a friend). - The servers seem a bit overwhelmed and are rather impersonal with customers, and therefore can't spend enough time with them. - While the dishes are very good, one might expect a little more, given the restaurant's reputation. - A friend was a bit surprised by the presentation of the whole trout, head and all. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE: - The desserts were truly incredible in terms of taste; there's really nothing to complain about there. Even though the menu doesn't change often enough, the restaurant excels at the dishes it offers, which are prepared with local ingredients. My friends and I enjoyed: - Rib-eye steak from our own pigs, cooked on the plancha grill, with Espelette pepper, fleur de sel, and reduced pork jus - Vol-au-vent, bourgeois style - Trout au bleu And for dessert: - Deconstructed lemon meringue tart - The pastry chef's sweet treat: Strawberry tartlet with a scoop of sorbet
