The Auberge de la Klaus is a great Restaurant/Inn if you want to eat well with a friendly atmosphere, it's without fuss!😉 Local cuisine, homemade, fresh products, top staff!👍 I recommend the cheese white with roasted potatoes, it’s delicious!!😋

We had a pleasant time, very good food, friendly and attentive servers. We will come back with pleasure.

A good 4 out of 5. The gourmet menu today was delicious. Goose terrine 5/5, scallop 4/5, sorbet 5/5, capon tournedo 4/5, cheese selection 4/5, cake with pinacolada sorbet 5/5. The service at the table was VERY friendly, but had small, technical weaknesses. Bottom line, no problem because both service employees would be so nice Wine selection is nice. But if there was also information on residual sugar, acidity, etc. on the menu, that would be even better. The restaurant was of course very busy on Sunday lunchtime. It has maximum seating and is therefore naturally loud and lively. But what we thought was nice!!! So gladly again! Thank you!!

My absolute favorite restaurant for 55 years, where I am a guest at least once a month, there is nothing negative to say...if I had to list positive things it would be the entire evening...the price/performance ratio is impressive, even with wine and champagne the surcharge is only 100 % instead of 250-300% as usual in Germany...absolute feel-good atmosphere, attentive service

Excellent culinary discovery. Local dishes that are relatively “simple” in appearance but with exceptional tasting products. Perfect cooking. We took a Klaussberg menu for 45 euros. Very hearty. Rillettes as an aperitif, very tasty and not greasy. The cold meats and the ham in particular are really of very high quality, the soft beets, the pickles and grated carrots perfectly seasoned. The tender pork tenderloin, the small tasty salad with a mixture including purslane which is too rarely cooked. Sautéed apples are a pleasure to eat. All very delicious. Dessert was shared. Small disappointment with the black forest cut with a lot of crème fraîche which lacks texture and deliciousness. On the other hand, the Lorraine dessert with Mirabelle plum sorbet and Mirabelle plum brandy is very subtle with a superb touch of anise plant. It recalls the very pleasant Lorraine kir of the aperitif. In terms of wine, the list is very impressive and nevertheless offers a good choice for local budgets far from the dizzying prices of the domaine relay and château next door. An organic Savigny les Beaune 2020 kept its promises. The service was generally OK. An experienced and efficient room manager and friendly young people of varying skill. The room is a little too full and we lack a little privacy, which is a shame. Brief passage of a nice gentleman at the end of the meal who shook our hands. The boss or a local politician? In short, we will come back but still out of season and during the week.

There's no harm in coming here and trying it out. You can give this atmosphere a chance. It will satisfy you. You can try drinking wine and having a snack. You can try cheese and leave yourself in the arms of wine.
