Best restaurant I have ever visited.

We used the Auberge de la Klauss for our wedding on August 29, 2026. Everything was incredible thanks to them. They were fantastic from beginning to end. We communicated throughout the wedding planning process. The staff was incredibly kind, and the food was excellent. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal—a meal worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The waitresses took exceptional care of us and were available until the very end of the evening. We couldn't have chosen better. We are very grateful for their professionalism and accessibility. Thank you again for everything. We recommend them 100,000 percent!

Supposed to be a must-try in the area, we unfortunately left with rather mixed feelings... Several "negative" points come to mind: - The restaurant is large, but with the number of tables available, the passage for both servers and customers can be difficult in some places. - The menu has its classics but doesn't seem to be updated often enough (according to a friend). - The servers seem a bit overwhelmed and are rather impersonal with customers, and therefore can't spend enough time with them. - While the dishes are very good, one might expect a little more, given the restaurant's reputation. - A friend was a bit surprised by the presentation of the whole trout, head and all. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE: - The desserts were truly incredible in terms of taste; there's really nothing to complain about there. Even though the menu doesn't change often enough, the restaurant excels at the dishes it offers, which are prepared with local ingredients. My friends and I enjoyed: - Rib-eye steak from our own pigs, cooked on the plancha grill, with Espelette pepper, fleur de sel, and reduced pork jus - Vol-au-vent, bourgeois style - Trout au bleu And for dessert: - Deconstructed lemon meringue tart - The pastry chef's sweet treat: Strawberry tartlet with a scoop of sorbet

"Local Lorraine Tradition" Menu

We had a lovely evening and the food was excellent; however, the service at our table left something to be desired. Nevertheless, the portions were very generous, and everything from the appetizer to the dessert was superb, except perhaps for the duck confit, which I found rather dry. I recommend this restaurant.

This inn is always a pleasure, whether it's the delicious food, the warm welcome, the friendly atmosphere, or the typical Lorraine setting. The portions are generous. The seasonal menus are delicious and original. It's a pleasure to return every time. Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Keff and their team!

A must-see. However, this time we cut our visit short as quickly as possible because of a very noisy group of more than 10 people.

We were lucky enough to have our wedding at the Auberge de la Klauss, and frankly... what a superb decision! Absolutely everything was impeccable, from the meals and the service to the organization, both inside and out. The cocktail hour on the terrace was perfect for relaxing. The appetizers and main courses were excellent. The seasonal dessert and the wedding cake were magnificent. Thank you to the entire team for making this day perfect. We will be back to eat there from time to time, as usual! 😁👌

Absolute respect for what Mr. Keff has built here over the last 30 years! Always worth a trip! The ambiance, the food, and the shop! A dream!!!
