Auberge de la Marguerite sur Saint-Hilaire-Luc

On this beautiful evening, we had a wonderful time at the Auberge de la Marguerite. The place is charming, and we received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed ourselves from aperitif to dessert: the gazpacho verrine was delicious and refreshing. The marinated eggplant starter was delicate and fresh, and the hanger steak was perfect in both taste and texture, cooked exactly as we wished. Finally, the profiteroles were generous in size and flavor. Authentic, local, and refined cuisine. Thank you for everything, including your attentiveness and the laughter. We will be back. Reservations are highly recommended.
