My first visit to this restaurant in a long time.
The service was excellent, attentive, and discreet.
The cuisine is very authentic and subtle.
Not too many different flavors, which can sometimes be a little overwhelming in other Michelin-starred restaurants.
Perfectly cooked.
Prices are very reasonable for this type of fine dining restaurant, even for the wines. Truly remarkable value for money.

I loved the foie gras with hay and the chocolate dessert. I was a little more skeptical about the possibly melting chuck because I don't like overcooked meat.

This restaurant truly deserves it's Michelin star. Everything was faultless.
The food was delicious, service excellent.
Background music was just that.
Toilet was very clean & hand wash smelt lovely.
Would thoroughly recommend especially for a special occasion.

I have come to the Mine Inn on several occasions. I have never noticed a fault of taste in any area whatsoever. Last Saturday, I suggested to my wife to go there, and to enjoy the excellence at all levels I cannot exhaustively present the richness of the dishes, I would take one which is the jewel of the menu, the Sweetbreads (of course). We let ourselves go on exceptional wines (a marvelous Aloxe Corton and a Meursault, a little "cold" at the beginning, but which made me happy, being often on this subject close to ecstasy. I had the opportunity to go to very great restaurants here and there, and to converse with very talented Chefs, Hubert Nobis is one of those, his star is not usurped. The service is professional as desired. Should I specify that I highly recommend with force and passion. A very great, a fabulous moment

A restaurant where you really come for the food, tasty and worthy of its star... But clearly not for the atmosphere or for the completely cold and impersonal service. No interaction with the customers and some regrets about the rarely refilled glasses of water and the petits fours served at the same time as dessert and even before the coffees are ordered. The elevator music at too high a volume does not help to make up for the atmosphere. However, we ate very well and really enjoyed the food.

A meal with refined dishes but spoiled by a very long wait (1 hour 10 minutes). We made a comment about this, and were surprised to receive neither an explanation nor an apology in return. A missed opportunity.
