The frogs' legs were very good! However, we won't be eating on the terrace in front of the restaurant again. The waitress was not at all helpful. We weren't shown to our table, and she didn't think to wipe the dirty table (we cleaned it with tissues). There was no tablecloth, the cutlery was placed crookedly, the glasses were upside down in the middle of the table, and there was no bread. The aperitif was served alone, without the usual appetizers. In fact, they set the table themselves! "It's not the ideal place to keep the frogs warm," she said, "so why offer us outside?" I felt like I was having a picnic. It somewhat spoiled the meal. What a shame. The waitress must have been in a hurry to finish her shift; I think the owner, who is very friendly, wasn't there. She really rushed everything. There are other jobs if this isn't working for you.

For many years we have been coming to this restaurant to celebrate important occasions, and the quality has always been excellent. We find all our favorite dishes, like the delicious frogs' legs, all served with a smile by staff who take great care of their customers.

Today we had the all-you-can-eat frog legs menu. Very good, as usual. As for the service, a huge thank you to Amalia, who was always smiling, friendly, and very professional. The rest of the team was also excellent. It's always a pleasure to have lunch at the Auberge de la Paillère.

About two weeks ago, we shared a wonderful time with friends and family. The chef is still at the top of his game, and his cuisine is sophisticated and delicious. The frogs' legs are divine. High-quality ingredients and impeccable service, despite the restaurant being very busy with groups. We won't change our habits and we'll be back. Thank you.

We arrived without a reservation, but they found us a table, we had an aperitif on the terrace, the frog leg was generous and delicious, even wonderful, and the service was top-notch. Thank you to the whole team, we'll definitely be back!
