Auberge de la petite fadette sur Nohant-Vic

I arrived in the restaurant at 2 p.m. with my dog. They accepted my dog! The cooking of the dishes was really perfect. And the tarte tatin... a delight. The waiter gave good advice and the restaurant manager was friendly. The setting is magnificent and the table is very well set. A lit candlestick on my table completed the look. Not to mention the fireplace. Plus, the prices are fair. 35€ for a full meal.

A charming place which fortunately is still open in the heart of Nohant. Francine is awesome and so helpful with Teddy. It’s a treat to have a coffee in those magnificent mazagran and cups that you don’t find anymore, with a delicious homemade dessert. I recommend this place which is authentic and legendary. For people who want to drink a Coke or a Perrier, I recommend a bar at the roadside, which will cost less, because at Petite Fadette you have to appreciate the setting, more than the price. I fully recommend this place to try.
