Excellent, from service to plate. A divine prime rib, quality charcuterie. The only downside was that it was so filling that I couldn't taste the Pavlova which looked crazy. I will come back to ward off fate!

First, the inn. A very warm welcome and very pleasant rooms and top-notch bedding.
Next, the restaurant! A delicious menu, and special mention for the suckling lamb and its gratin dauphinois!
Then, the frame! What can I say, the hostel is immersed in a magnificent landscape, seen on the mountains and access to the Restonica. A temperate swimming pool and possibility of having a massage (special mention to Béatrice).
We highly recommend this venue, suitable for friends, couples and families.

Very suggestive location with terrace directly on the stream
Excellent food with dishes linked to tradition but with some innovative elements
Courteous service but decidedly slow, 50 minutes passed between our arrival and the actual start of dinner

Very good and friendly service. There are some very good organic Corsican wines!

Perfect. The setting of the terrace is magnificent. The service is very attentive. The remarkable cuisine. The wine/drinks list follows well. And the prices are relatively fair for all that. What are the people asking for?!

Nous avons dîné deux fois dans ce beau restaurant où on entend le ruisselement de la Restonica. La coupe de champagne valait son prix.La salade Restonica était délicieuse. Le plat avec le mouton nous a séduit, tout comme le filet Restonica. Nous y avons adoré le vin blanc Alivu et un peu moins le 1769 rouge. Le personnel est poli et compétent. Une adresse à retenir.
