We stumbled upon this inn, La Rételière, while passing through. I highly recommend it; the welcome was warm and professional. The portions were generous and the presentation was beautiful. They also have excellent craft beer brewed right here at the inn.

We had booked a table for four people, including a baby, that morning. Upon arrival, we were informed that no high chairs were available as they only had two and they were already in use. Eventually, one of the two became available, and we were able to use it for the rest of our meal. We ordered a children's menu, a ham hock, two tartiflettes, and a Munster cheese fondue. The portions were generous and served hot. The salad on the tartiflettes was a bit small; we would have liked a little more. The waiter seemed a little uncomfortable, although he was friendly and attentive to our requests. The setting is pleasant and easily accessible.

I absolutely loved this spot in the High Vosges overlooking the Chajoux Valley and the town of Bresse. The setting is warm and welcoming, ideal for groups or families. The view is magnificent, and best of all, they brew several excellent types of beer. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious.

Simply perfect, reasonably priced, delicious local Vosges cuisine, the blueberry tart is divine, the innkeepers are welcoming and friendly. The view is magnificent.

Excellent experience at Auberge La Rételère! We braved the bad weather and ended up having the restaurant almost entirely to ourselves (it was practically a private affair 😄). The welcome was very warm, and the person who greeted us was truly friendly. The meals were delicious, prepared with fresh, local ingredients—a real treat from start to finish. We have absolutely no regrets about braving the weather to enjoy this wonderful evening; quite the opposite! We highly recommend this place.
