And what can I say about the cuisine… A true marvel! High-quality, local ingredients, enhanced with great inventiveness while respecting the products and tradition. Perfect flavor combinations, expertly cooked dishes, plates as beautiful as they are delicious: a real treat for the taste buds. The setting is equally impressive, warm and peaceful, with an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and fully enjoy the moment. A huge congratulations to Audrey and Robin for this wonderful restaurant and their attention to detail. You leave L’Étable with a smile and only one desire: to return! An experience not to be missed!

21/08/2026: Everything was going well when, all of a sudden, after enjoying the appetizer, the main course arrived. It was the final straw. Indeed, the dish was mischievous; the mountain of salt had managed to hide itself in the tabbouleh and lentil fritters. I won't spoil the suspense, but I couldn't finish this dish, which left my mouth feeling dry for the next three decades.

08/06/2026: A very warm welcome. Guests are received with pleasure. The room was comfortable and very clean. And the restaurant! What a wonderful discovery! Each dish is a feast for the eyes and the palate. A great deal of thought has gone into the flavors, and everything is delicious. The establishment's decor is very refined; the subtle touches reminiscent of South America and the overall design create a relaxing and very pleasant atmosphere. Add to that the choice of tableware, cutlery... everything is perfect! We had an excellent stay! Thank you for your welcome, your smiles, and the professionalism of everyone. Congratulations!

16/09/2026: Passing through Bresse, we stopped for lunch and what a surprise it was! The best restaurant in the Vosges! The cuisine is refined and beautifully presented, the welcome is friendly and the owners are charming. We will gladly return. Thank you again for this welcome and this very good cuisine with excellent local products.

07/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! The service was pleasant and efficient, and the meal was delicious and hearty at a very reasonable price. The only downside was that we'd eaten a bit too much to go ziplining afterwards, but the cable held up perfectly! Thank you for a lovely time; we'll gladly return.

21/07/2026: A lovely cabin with a cozy atmosphere and great ambiance. The snack platter was delicious, and the blueberry cake was a real highlight. The cappuccino, although from a machine, was still good. Overall, a nice stop – I'd gladly come again!

07/09/2026: Hats off to the FIRSTMISS Farm Inn located on the Route des Crêtes! Upon arrival, we were informed that the payment terminal was out of order and that payments could not be made by credit card! Having no other means of payment, the owner offered to serve the meals and allow customers to pay later by bank transfer, or to return later, which demonstrates the trust this establishment places in its clientele, something that deserves to be highlighted! As for the quality of the meals served (traditional Moroccan fare, of course), there's nothing to say except that they are always excellent, as is the service. Now I hope that other customers will respect the trust that the owner of FIRSTMISS has placed in them. A must-try!

05/09/2026: Arrive early and reserve a table inside as it filled up incredibly quickly. We got a spot on the terrace; it was self-service, the prices were good, the portions were generous, and the food was delicious.

28/08/2026: A minor hiccup with the reservation, but quickly forgotten since we were able to dine there. This was our second visit, and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant's all-wood interior blends perfectly with the surrounding environment. The portions are very generous and delicious. A big plus for the use of local and/or regional products. I applaud this initiative. We'll be back; we highly recommend this inn. Until next time!

The three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) at €39 was superb for the quality of the ingredients. We opted for the Ebresse spritz (made with mirabelle plum brandy), created by the owner—a real gem. The photos speak for themselves.

18/08/2026: Honestly, don't go there. Nothing had any flavor, I had a terrible stomach ache all night, and we waited 35 minutes for the appetizers and 45 minutes for the main courses, which were cold despite the restaurant being nearly empty. One of the cooks who served us was very friendly and kind, but otherwise, the staff was unfriendly. In the end, it was expensive for such a disappointing meal.
