What a magnificent experience!
We enjoyed one of the best meals in years.
The dishes were excellent, unpretentious, made with great heart and a love for the local produce.
The wine tastings and food and wine pairings became a unique experience, one that you hardly find anywhere else anymore.
The welcome was incredibly warm; you could have spent hours there, you felt so comfortable.
I still get goosebumps thinking about it.
Thank you so much for this wonderful experience :-)

A dreamlike setting, a perfect ambiance, and the waiter's spontaneous challenge to taste local wines. Delicious dishes all contributed to a truly wonderful evening.
I had the best breaded eggplant with a tangy sauce.
This restaurant is a highly recommended find.
We'll be back!

An address not to be missed! A truly exceptional inn.
Dinner was divine. Everything was perfect: the setting, the excellent food, and the warm welcome.
We particularly appreciated the service. Being served by passionate people with such generosity is rare and a real pleasure. The wine pairing advice was absolutely top-notch.
Thank you for this delightful evening.

Our fourth visit. We love it! Top-notch service, thank you Caro and Ludo. Fantastic selection of natural wines with explanations and details for enthusiasts. The cuisine is superb, thanks to the chef – never disappointed. Whether it's the seasoning, the intensity, the finesse, the balance, or the consistency, everything is perfect! Number one in the Loire Valley, we'll be back again and again.

Incredible food and spectacular service. The terrace seating was so beautiful and our waitress was lovely. We loved the lamb, amazing local rosé and they gave us a digestif. Wish we could come back!
