Auberge de la Tomette sur Vitrac

We discovered a gem in Vitrac, a haven of tranquility, with unique and very charming accommodations. The owner is a remarkable and attentive person. We had to leave due to health reasons, but we promised ourselves we'd return to finish our trip through this magnificent region of Cantal. In short, I won't tell you everything; you'll have to discover this place for yourselves, which we highly recommend.

A break in the heart of nature.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect! The bathroom and bedroom were spotless, and we slept very well. We enjoyed an excellent meal with a generous and carefully prepared menu featuring local cuisine. Breakfast had everything we needed! The owner, attentive to his guests, was very accommodating and truly spoiled us. We will definitely return to enjoy this haven of peace. We highly recommend it…

A little corner of paradise tucked away in the Cantal region. Very peaceful, with very pleasant staff. Ideal for a stopover in a rural setting.

A unique and very natural setting. A complete change of scenery and absolute tranquility. The suite is superb, but one comment: there's no grab bar for the bathtub. The same goes for the spa relaxation area. The shower and spa are not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. Furthermore, a rain shelter near the reception area would be desirable. Other suggestions include an outdoor trash can and an ashtray. Also, the included dinner should be the Terroir menu; that would make more sense. Breakfast was excellent, complete, and plentiful. A night spent in the inn's gypsy caravan. Everything was excellent, from the welcome to the meal featuring regional products. The relaxation area was very pleasant, and the manager was very friendly. A calm and peaceful setting. We highly recommend it.

I highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly. We went as a couple, the room was very clean, and the inn's restaurant was excellent, serving delicious local cuisine. We had a lovely weekend there.
