A magnificent stay at the Auberge de la Tour de Marcoles. The welcome was exceptional, the staff very attentive, and the room very clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was very generous with homemade products. As for the gourmet meal featuring local products, we were in heaven. Each course was a veritable work of art, bursting with flavor. The sommelier's advice on pairing these exquisite dishes was spot-on and allowed us to discover new grape varieties. We highly recommend it. A major plus of this hotel-restaurant is the availability of electric vehicle charging stations in their private parking lot.

The historic building has been renovated with great taste and a high standard of quality. Everything is perfect, yet very cozy.

This Michelin-starred restaurant is a true gem; a very warm welcome from the team and the chef, a talented and very friendly waitstaff, the sommelier knew how to harmonize the dishes with exquisite wines, and the dishes were simply a delight; the chef does a truly masterful job with a lot of originality in the presentation, and we also appreciated the chef's approachability.

A gift that turned into a superb evening with an exceptional meal, featuring a young chef who was attentive to his guests, excellent service, and a sommelier who stood out from the rest, possessing impressive knowledge and a great sense of humor. The night was splendid, and the following day was just as wonderful. Thank you all!

A very pleasant inn; Mr. and Mrs. Darmanin are very friendly. We had an excellent New Year's Eve dinner, a very refined meal with a blend of flavors and spices that enhanced every dish. Charming and attentive staff. We recommend this inn without reservation.

A lovely getaway in the Cantal region, nestled in the heart of its chestnut groves. The Auberge de la Tour is very welcoming. The room was very pleasant, and everything is done to ensure guests have a perfect experience. The welcome, the decor, the service, and the food were all excellent. Bread was served with every dish. Everything was tasted and enjoyed. Breakfast is a lavish display of fresh produce, many of which comes from local producers. The village of Marcolès is well worth a visit. We will be back.
